Biography
Sundram M. Karupiah has completed his PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemsitry from Universiti Sains Malaysia and currently serving as Associate Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Unit and Deputy Dean in the Faculty of Pharmacy, AIMST University, Kedah, Malaysia. He has published more than 20 papers in reputed journals. He is actively involve in the quality aspects of the University and played a key role in obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certficate for the faculty. His expertise includes HPLC method development and validation for active pharmacuetical ingredients and natural product research.
Research Interest
Analytical method development and validation for pharamaceuticals and isolation, identification and characterization of bioactive compounds from plants targeting for anti-diabetic, antiobesity and anticancer action.
