Biography
Dr. Rule completed his PhD at Cornell University in the Environmental Toxicology program. Since then he has worked in both pharmaceutical and contract GLP laboratories, as well as in developing new instrumentation, prior to moving to the clinical setting. His focus has been on developing analytical methods for quantitation of small molecules by tandem mass spectrometry, including drugs and steroid hormones. He has a continuing interest in cost and efficiency improvements that can be acheived in the laboratory including automated sample preparation workflows. He currently works with Dr. Alan Rockwood and Dr. Mark Kushnir.
